Our kitchen is designed for feeding large groups. Here you’ll find a large griddle, a conventional oven, a convection oven, two refrigerators, a family-sized freezer, as well as a walk-in freezer, a walk-in cooler, and a walk-in dry storage locker. We also have two outdoor cooking grills for summer grilling fun.
All dishes are washed “by hand” by campers and cooks in large stainless steel sinks. The kitchen is immediately adjacent to the dining hall, which seats 70 people at 8-person rectangular or round tables. We also have overflow seating on a deck which features picnic tables with umbrellas. The dining hall has an ice maker, a popcorn popper, and a fireplace for your group’s enjoyment.
Also available upon request from the camp manager are a sno-cone machine and a cotton-candy machine. Rather than charge you for these, we request that you make a good will offering/donation based upon how many people in your party enjoy these snacks.
